The 1995 video about the Jazz Ensemble's European Tour was shown on PBS television four consecutive years. Since your picture might find it's way into a television production, or DVD reproduction... we must establish TERMS OF SUBMISSION.

By submitting photos, you (submitter) grant New Trier High School (publisher) unlimited rights to publish submitted photos in printed,  electronic, or other publications and promotional materials, including but not limited to Internet Web sites and video programs for home or possible public broadcast. Submitter also grants publisher rights to freely use such photos without paying royalty fees to, owing compensation to, or obtaining prior  written consent from submitter. Photo  submissions will be credited in publications in cases where the submitter has provided such information. Publisher is not responsible for lost or misdirected submissions. All submissions become  property of publisher.
