unless
you
have
a
question.
It
is
time
to
begin
finalizing
your
evening
ticket
orders
for
the Frank Mantooth Jazz
Festival
so
I
can
know
how
many
tickets
are
available
for
sale
to
our
festival
sponsors
and
general
public.
Their
tickets
go
on
sale
next
Tuesday.
Listed
on
this
DIRECTOR'S
CORRESPONDENCE
PAGE
is
(and
will
be)
a
lot
of
important
information.
Most
important
at
this
time
is
the
number
of
evening
concert tickets
that
are
now
being
held
for
your
school.
These
numbers
were
taken
from
your
original
online
application.
Unless
you
tell
me
otherwise,
these
ticket
totals
will
be
considered
firm
on OCTOBER
15
(next
Monday).
After Monday
you
can
only
reduce
your
totals,
not
increase
them.
The
FINAL
number
of
tickets
is
due
NOVEMBER
1.
After
that
date
there
can
be
no
changes
one
way
or
the
other.
The
FINAL
PAYMENT
for
tickets
is
due
BY
THANKSGIVING
VACATION
(or
Nov.
21
for
our
Canadian
friends.)
Any
school
not
paying
for
tickets
by
that
date
will
lose
their
tickets.
-
You
receive
one
comp
ticket
for
the
director
unless
you
have
two
directors.
(Let
me
know).
No
more
than
2
comps
allowed
for
any
school.
-
$18
Participant
Tickets
are
limited
to
PERFORMING
STUDENTS
ONLY.
That
number
is
taken
from
your
online
application.
-
$18
tickets
are
also
available
for
chaperones.
Let
me
know
how
many
ACTUAL
CHAPERONES
you
will
be
bringing...
not
just
parents
coming
along
for
the
show.
If
you
want
to
buy
a
ticket
for
your
bus
driver(s),
they
are
$18.
-
You
can
order
as
many
full
price
tickets
as
you
wish
for
$25
each,
this
includes
any
additional
tickets
for
non-chaperoning
adults
or
additional
students
from
your
school.
Also
listed
on
the
Director's
Correspondence
Page
is
the
performance
fee
your
school
should
pay.
This
fee
is
due
by
NOVEMBER
1. You
CAN
include
your
performance
fee
with
your
ticket
bill
if
you
wish.
Let
me
know
if
you
have
any
other
questions.
