As you can imagine, running this festival is a lot of work. Timely payment of fees and submission of ticket counts is crucial. Please make sure you have these dates in your calendar, and plan ahead to collect this information from your students. We expect high demand for school participation and for tickets to the evening concert featuring The Chris Potter Big Band. Directors who miss deadlines will jeopardize their students' participation. 

  • Friday, November 6th, 2015

    Participation Fees Due!

    *  $250 - Bands performing in the Gaffney Auditorium (Main Stage)

    *  $225 - Bands performing in all other performance locations

    Participation fees help cover clinician and video production costs. All performing bands will receive a video of their performance. Bands performing on the Main Stage will receive a video with multiple camera angles, recorded with 20+ mics using pro-tools.

  • Friday, November 13th, 2015 

    Please email me with the FINAL number of tickets (participation price and full price) you will be purchasing. Please do not guess or estimate! This is extremely important, as tickets for the evening concert will go on sale to the public on Monday, November 23rd, and this concert will sell out! Each band will receive one director's comp ticket. Performing students, along with a reasonable number of chaperones, will receive "participant" ($20) tickets. All other students and adults can purchase full price ($30) tickets.

    Ticket Payment is not due until December 5th, 2015.

  • Friday, December 4th, 2015
    Deadline for evening concert ticket payments. This deadline is extremely important. Any tickets not paid for at this time will be sold. We will email you an invoice on Monday, November 12th. Please get this to your business office immediately for payment.

  • Monday, December 14th, 2015
    Last day for a school to withdraw and receive a refund of fees.

  • Tuesday, January 12th, 2016

    "Breakfast, Lunch, and Setup" form is due. This allows us to make an informed food order. 

  • Friday, January 22nd, 2016 - All Remaining Forms Due
    "Music To Be Performed"
    form due (online)

    "Soloist Form" due (print and fax)

    "Stage Plot" due (print and fax)
